Carbiz Accident Replacement Vehicles

I originally contacted Not My Fault, who referred me Carbiz. It took a couple hours for them to get into me, which was great since Right to Drive took two days!Taylor the contact person I had from Carbiz was fabulous, always on top of calls, giving me details of things, and proactively sending me updates. So thankful!As my case was pretty open shut but the person who hit me hadn’t got a claim number from their insurer yet, Carbiz extended a 3 day grace period to me to get me into a car quicker. Really appreciated that!The car is sort of the same as mine, a recent model Mazda 3. But it’s a hatchback, not a sedan. It also doesn’t have any of the features like front and side cameras/sensors, leather seats, auto unlock when walking up. We didn’t realise how much we appreciated those features until we didn’t have them. Also, we were only given one key for the car, so my wife and I have to remember to share it.But for what it is, and how fast we got it, and how fantastic Taylor has been, I’m really happy with the service!

Daniel at Carbiz was very helpful and thorough with making sure my hire car was sorted out successfully due to a not at fault car accident. There was a bit of back and forth in getting to the end result but that was due to Daniel making sure we had all the correct information and I appreciated his diligence.

Best car rental service ever. The staff who drop off the car is incredibly helpful and supportive, he deserves to be the best employee in the car drop off service team. Also, Emily and Leilani assisted me through out the application process. They’re both really nice and friendly. I felt so comfortable to speak with them.
