Shell Coles Express Cloverdale

I've never had an issue- until today. I go in to pay and the male service attendant yells at me to say I need to put the bowser in properly or I will get charged twice. Well I don't want that. I come back to the counter (I put in $25 mind you) and he said I have to pay twice. When questioned why, he said oh you did it twice" umm NO I DIDN'T. He said oh ok and processed my payment for $25. If that was the case and I had put it in twice wouldn't you question me like come on. He was rude and dodgy. So I called about 20 mins later and ask why I would be charged twice. Conveniently he didn't remember telling me this and that oh if he did he meant he couldn't process the amount on a card if I didn't put the bowser on properly. I called him out and said it was a blatant lie and I know exactly what he said as he told me twice. This guy after giving him a piece of my mind said "oh ok you're right mam

The guy behind the counter was too rude to answer even a question about products and just explained they are different!!!Absolutely disappointing customer service.

Was ok..busy..cash/cards..coffee..snacks..takeaway snacks..papers..ice..milk..parking ok..

I went to Coles Express Cloverdale recently to refuel my car and found the Worker at the Cash Register (I think her name was Preet) was very nice, friendly, well trained & pleasant. So I think I'm going to make Coles Express Cloverdale my new regular Petrol Station to refuel my car and would recommend it for others who also value great customer service. Keep up the Good Work Preet!

Staff member was really rude to the person in front of me, then he complaint about her to me!! I saw and heard the whole thing the staff member was just rude and boarder line abusive to the customer. The customer did noting wrong the staff member was just nasty person.I wont go near that place again after what i saw and i would recommend everyone stays well clear of this servo.

You guys have to organise and push people to follow the rules. If someone can't understand what NO ENTRY mean you should teach them and don't let them put petrol until they follow the signs. The answer from your cashier to some customers complained was, I'm busy and I have no time to check it as well. Even worse when she said, I don't want they to complain because I don't push the bottom. What about us. I spent 35 min waiting because of your lack of character.

All other staff I have met till date are courteous apart of this one guy who had lights on and hence I thought I could grab redbull or coffee like usual, I pressed bell and he comes and announces it's closed " and turns lights off and walks away.He forgot learning a bit of manners with his English lessons.I checked the time and it was 12:10 but still a bit of politeness would have been better." it's closed " or "we're closed ""

Very rude customer service by a male staff today. I tried to scan my flybuys card after pumping patrol. But there was no response from the scanner at first, so I attempted to scan my card again. And the male staff told me that you are not getting double points by scanning the card twice". It was so insulting

The queue was long and confused. I have client in Belmont forum and I would avoid using this petrol station. I am not sure which way to enter.
