Just Paid the deposit on a beautiful Van Home for my 90 year old father who we are relocating from North Queensland to spend his days with us here in Sydney, Awesome display centre and all the options and choices of colours or upgrades with really easy costing and prices so there are no surprises.Can't wait to get it in a few months time so I can build a nice outdoor deck onto it .

Rachel is absolutely amazing!! She made the whole process of ordering our VanHome so easy!!Nothing was ever too much trouble or no question was ever too hard! What an amazing experience. Every interaction I had with the VanHomes team was superb. Rachael, Josh, Corey, Tom, Michael and Scott - your level of customer service really has been incredible. What a fantastic product from an outstanding company! From our first visit at the display centre to our final install, every stage was fulfilled higher than our expectations by professional, accommodating people. Lachlan was on hand to promptly answer our questions and keep us informed through the entire process. Then Josh organised our install with no delay or problem and finally Tyler with his install team expertly set everything up and walked us through every component and ensured we understood how everything worked! We could not have asked for anything more. Even down to the little niceties of giving us coffee cups at the first meeting to another set in the kitchen cupboard of our Van Home. Just wanted to shout out to Rachael for the help and patients that she has shown over the past 5 weeks. She has gone overboard in guiding me to make the right choices for my new Vanhome. The product is great, was able to make minor adjustments to suit my needs and always followed up with the details required. Always polite and courteous. After seeing VanHomes on YouTube, we googled their location and were surprised to learn head office/manufacturing was only an hour drive away so we decided to visit and take a look. Rachael Galea greeted us soon after arrival with a lovely smile and pleasant manner welcoming us to enter the display VanHomes at our leisure. No pressure at all!! Shortly after Rachael asked if we had any questions about VanHomes .. which we did. Rachael's relaxed, friendly, no pressure approach was a welcome change (for a sales assistant). She has an extensive knowledge of the entire manufacturing/delivery/set up process and choices customers have helping create their next home.Rachael's approach made our decision making so much easier and calmer. We have nothing but praise for VanHomes - Lachy our salesperson and Josh in the Construction along with their Team have delivered a beautiful home for my Aunt. The VanHome was delivered on time, surprising us as there were huge Covid hurdles to overcome.The delivery and erection of the VanHome, a full days travel from Home Base, was exceptional.Thank you all.
