I contacted Genevieve two weeks ago as my wife and I were considering downsizing as a possibility. I have known Genevieve for over 10 years and seen her sell many homes in the Patterson Lakes Area. I have attended many Auctions and have watched a true professional in the industry. I have seen how she conducts herself with the clients and the customers. We were very pleased with Genevieve’s service. From the minute she came out to do an appraisal of the property, to getting an offer and finally selling, I couldn’t fault Genevieve’s service. She was always very friendly, helpful and available and as my Dad had already moved out of the house, and we didn’t live close by, she organised and co-ordinated quite a few trades to come through the property. Genevieve Hill is a professional and knows the Waterways market well having been in the suburb for many many years. It was a pleasure to have Genevieve and Lilly work on the sale of our house. They were professional and presented as very classy well-dressed ladies who know the market and never over-sold any aspects. Feedback from open house was provided shortly after and a detailed report in writing followed 2 days later. A realistic price was agreed on based on Genevieve's knowledge of the market. And Genevieve delivered an even better price than we had expected. Genevieve provided excellent advice on getting the property ready for sale with fixes where necessary. e.g. we asked if we needed to replace carpets and Gen suggested some rooms needed replacement whereas others only needed a steam clean. Gen provided referrals for cleaners, lawyers, house stylists with no pressure to use any. We did use them and they were all fantastic. Lilly Clarke was professional and lovely to work with. She was always smiling, and helpful. Lilly delivered each time she said she would with a friendly smile and quick chat.
