CMV Truck & Bus Derrimut

They're a great place for resources and help. Customer service is generally ok, but due to having to wait there for 20 minutes simply to drop off keys to a vehicle and sign a piece of paper, then again having to wait 15 minutes to pick up the keys the following day, I had to give only 2 starts. Speed is a major factor in providing a service especially in this day and age. And waiting 35 minutes to do a task that literally requires only 1 minute to perform is outrageous.

I have had nothing but challenges over the past five years dealing with these guys, booked my Mack truck for some elect repairs, dropped it off at 7.00 am requested it to be ready for pick up at 2.00 pm. No communication to advise me that it wasn't completed or ready for pick up, I made two phone calls to advise that we were on the way to pick the vehicle up, and it took them almost an hour to get the truck out of the service area. The biggest issue is I need to get my vehicle back in time, and there are always more excuses for why it has to go back another day.I can't afford to have my vehicle with these guys as there isn't a priority for them.I have now decided that I won't be using these guys moving forward and will source another service provider that might be more reliable.

When you have one of your trucks with a excavator on it at 6:20 in the morning. Using their truck as a weapon. Tailgating to the point if they braked it would be a crash and not letting anyone giveway coming on. So close to witnessing a crash caused by this guy. Truck had the registration yo____ traveling down the western freeway city bound 8/3. Sort your drivers out. That was really bad unless you don't care for people's lives and have good insurance.

Came to pick up parts, had to wait longer than 15 minutes for someone to serve me at the front counter even though I was the only customer. Wait was so long because two of your parts guys were too busy making coffee to serve.

I am so disappointed with cmv that I am really thinking about switching whole fleet with different brand . We had a linehual driver which got into a minor incident and we need two Suzi airline replaced when I called the customer service answer was straight up can’t do till next week. Seriously I don’t think the lady understood what Suzi lines means literally takes 10 minutes to do it.and then she put me through parts and bloke wasn’t even happy to borrow a shifter. Such a great brand and so poor service in last 2 years we have bought 8 brand new Volvo trucks and have another 9 on order and I am really considering to cancel these orders.

They are the best truck and bus parts dealer i have seen and been too.

To all parents, DO NOT allow your children to partake in an Apprenticeship with this company!Your child will be used and abused, put down and let down, underpaid and have any self confidence crushed. CMV is a dangerous and toxic environment with a huge turnover of apprentices and staff in general.Please keep your children safe and away from this company.
