Hi there,My name is Marta. There is nothing bad with this campground but I just want to get your attention as last Friday I went there to spend the day and left a black box with cleaning staff plus my camera (Canon Model: EOS 1300D) inside. I’ve called the camping and they’ve told me that is not there. I’m on my way back to the campground anyway to have a better look myself but I’d really appreciate in case someone has seen it to get in contact with me. Good campground. Can’t speak for the cabins as we stayed in a tent. Difficult to get your pegs into the ground so get good quality ones that won’t bend easily. Coin operated showers a bit of a joke in 2023 considering you pay for camping. With the park fees tacked on, all in all price a bit steep.

Great spot, excellent fishing and wildlife! Hosts Grant and Nikki and groundsman Dave are more then happy to help in anyway. Best national park camp ground we’ve stayed at, clean toilets and free fire wood. Be sure to book through National Parks.

Absolutely love woody head. Been going there since I was 5..Best to stay if you have a caravan or tent as the cabins are bit expensive

One of best campsites during our trip on East Coast, simpler living, perfect for 1-2 nights or more if you are more well equipped. Clean and everything works with the amenities. Close to beach, lots of Kangaroos, and a really dark night for those like looking at stars.

What a great place to create camping memories! Was our first time here and just loved it. Clean toilets, showers and BBQ areas. Most camping spots have a fire pit (make sure to select it when you book). We were using the shared one which was also good. There was a supply of free firewood available when we were there which is handy.Great sunset with the very tame kangaroos and easy beach access for fishing.Access to nice walking tracks and close to Iluka for a coffee, prawns at the local coop or sourdough bread at the local bakery.

What a beautiful spot. Camping here was amazing. Great beach, plenty of room for the kids to play, spectacular views and gorgeous wildlife. Loved it! Amenities close and clean ( don't forget your $1 COINS for the showers). Plenty of fire pits and water taps. On our stay there was no issues with noise after about 9pm, very friendly and respectful campers around us. Will be back for sure.
