We were quoted unlimited drinks although everyone that attended as a guest had to ask more then two-three times to refill they’re jugs, they barely got any refills some tables ended up buying they’re own soft drinks from the bar! The food was cold when served and not everyone got a plate even though we payed PP. we asked in advanced for the hall to be ready and clean at least 2 hours before start time to take some photos, although when we attended with the bridal party the chairs were half set up tables were not set up yet , the floor was dirty, there was mess everywhere and we had to wait for them to finish setting up to take photos and videos, due to waiting around we were rushed to take our photos before gust started arriving, I would not recommend this place to anyone biggest rip off

I have been doing an event here at Edessa Reception since last year, and I can say I have never been more impressed by the staff and the quality of service, also best service from Shamoon (the owner). The venue is absolutely beautiful and the best place to hold an occasion! They looked after us just like family! Definitely recommend Eden Venues for anyone looking for a venue for a special occasion! I had my engagement at Eden venue, and it went fabulous. I would love to thank Shimon for his outstanding service. The manager George and his staff were beyond amazing, they made sure everything was perfect and on point.Once again thank you guys. had my daughters engagement at eden Venues and all I can say is top quality 5 Stars and more. The whole process from booking in till the actual day was impeccable, constant communicating and updates. These guys know what their doing and are very professional. On the day everything went as it should no hiccups and our every request catered for and done. We were lucky enough to have the supervisor Neva and her and her team from the wait staff to the Barrista were on point. The food was absolutely perfect chicken or lamb everyone smashed the lamb so compliments to the chef. Heaps of our guests were commenting on such a beautiful venue and such a great night. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Attended a wedding last week. Great reception hall. High ceilings and plenty of room. Well organised staff. Coffee cart and food was okay. Reception went well. Good venue. Only downside for me it was out of the way a bit but that’s not the venues fault.

We were guests at a wedding on the weekend, and the staff were so helpful and attentive. Reem was so incredibly wonderful with our little baby in insuring that she had the privacy to sleep whilst the reception was underway. I’m very grateful for how understanding and helpful she was. Definitely recommend this venue.

The staff at Eden Venues made our wedding reception something truly special and one to remember and loved by all who attended on the 29th of April 2023. Both my husband and I were surprised and our guests were left in awe and were up dancing on the dance floor.Every request was heard and phone calls and texts answered by the venue owner and staff. We were left with guests telling us that our wedding was one of the best and there was nothing like it they had been to before. We would like to thank Shamoon, Elias, Teresa, Odette and every staff member who was present at our event in the Garden Room and the quality of food, presentation and service was next to none. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, what you guys did for us has meant so much that we want to do it again!

The food was amazing!!! The mezza was beautiful and fresh. The tables were perfect with the right decor. Your vendors were brilliant and didn’t miss a thing. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
