Went in on Wednesday the 1st march to have the screen on my S21 ultra phone replaced and the back was scratched so I decided to get that replaced as well. Was told it was a half hr job but I left it there till friday 3rd. Upon getting there Friday afternoon it was still not ready as they didn't have the back (phone call would have been nice). I explained I needed my phone for work as all my contacts were in it. I ended up with a pink back. Since the screen change my phone intermittently will not send messages, has less signal than before and internet drops out. It tells me it can't find the networkI went in today 8th march after calling and explained what was happening only to be told that they only warrant the screen even though the phone is opened and the insides removed to do so. Not happy at all as I paid a total of $580.00 which included a protector. If it is not fixed I will be going to fair trading as it didn't do this even with a cracked screen.

I recently visited this repair store to fix a problem with my iPhone 8 Plus battery, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Andy. He was also very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the repair and was able to fix my iPhone battery quickly and efficiently.What impressed me the most, however, was Andy's willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the repair. He took the time to answer all of my questions and even provided some helpful tips on how to maintain my phone in the future. He even gave me a free inspection on my soft volume speaker issue just because I had mention the issue before the battery repair, and yes the issue was solve by just cleaning the dust off the speaker. I’m pretty impressed as a business can be this honest to their customer.Overall, I had a great experience at this repair store, thanks in large part to Andy's exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of tech repair services, and I would definitely ask for Andy again!
