We were given CJC's number by staff from North harbour and was not sure how the service would be as I haven't dealt or heard about CJS. But Carol from CJC's was so forthcoming

We have recently purchased our first house and were fortunate enough to have Carol from CJC Law recommended to us for our conveyancing.We can not recommend both Carol and Cassie highly enough, they ensured that what could have been a very stressful and confusing time for us was actually a smooth and stress free transaction.The friendly approach and full explanation of the process and their attention to detail meant that we understood what was happening the whole way through. Disappointed in the service provided by Carol and the team at CJC Law.Having to constantly chase for updates.Excuses about being short staffed andI am yet to receive a breakdown of costs charged by CJC for the service provided after requesting this twice.The amount paid was a lot more than initially quoted.Will be going elsewhere in future.In additional to the above mentioned; I have contacted Carol numerous times requesting a beak down of the costs charged and she is refusing to provide this.She has access to your money upon settlement and will deduct whatever amount she wants without your consent or knowledge.Absolute crooks!I will be reporting the firm

Now that we are in our home and settled we can honestly say it wouldn’t have happened without Carol. She went absolutely above and beyond for us and was the most amazing part of our whole experience. We can’t thank her enough. 100/10 recommend.
