Used be a great store. How ever parking is chaotic at times. The food section is before the alcohol section. So at times you are dodging people with cartons of alcohol whilst waiting at register... Not good. Anne percy ☺oh I forgot to mention I made a formal complaint to bernie about certain staff being ignorant with customers and disabilities. Buying food in shop. I have lived in this area since 2000. And some staff are rude.

In the last few weeks of March 2020 I have found quite a number of ordering errors. Including no stock of beer normally held replaced by a more expensive substitute. Hope this oversite/error can be rectified as many otherstores are very close by.

The place to get the best local bananas from Uralba. Taste just like a real banana. Has a great variety of groceries and cooked chooks and fresh meat and bottle shop. Bakery is a real bonus with great bread and cakes and hot pies. Salad rolls are available and coffee as well.

Great staff!! Always friendly, they call be by name and have respect always for everyone who walks through the door.. They put up with alot of hard to deal with customers" to the absolute best of thier ability! Emily and Brad are awesome!"

Not happy! If I could rate zero stars I would. Ordered online on the 18.11.17, 2 months later and still waiting. 10 phone calls, 2 online enquiries, 1 email, 2 Facebook messages and starting to doubt if I'll ever see my order. Very unprofessional, very unhelpful!!! Very unhappy customer! My advice, order elsewhere at any cost!!!

Not my normal place to shop but because of flooding you get it where you can, when you can. The lady on the checkout still had a lovely smile and chat for everybody despite the constant flow of customers.
