Luke Doran and team is truly professional in cricket coaching. My son always stay excited for the session and enjoy every moment of it. Ashwath coordinates the age groups very well and stay in touch with parents for any minor update via email / sms.Thanks Cricket Star Academy for your excellent efforts!

The team has been very passionate in training the children for cricket. When I couldn't find a suitable club for my son, CSA promptly guided and helped. We are happy we went ahead with their training. The arrangement, comms and coaching styles are very good. Highly recommended for anyone.

Pathetic communication and not up to standard coaching provided by the Norwest Cricket franchise.Inspite of providing verbal feedback over the phone and via email, I haven't seen any improvement in their level of coaching for the 5-7 year group.Lack of communication, unexpected change of venue with a short notice, no punctuality of start times, lack of disciple in coaching, no response to sms, coaches not turning up without any communication are just a few issues to mention.If the coaches are not driven to coach we cant expect the kids to learn by attending the cricket classes at their franchise.This franchise seems like a money making franchise as there is hardly any focus on teaching the game skills and discipline to the kids.Do yourself a favour by avoiding joining kids at this franchise.My reply to the owners response:I would like to clarify about few things mentioned to back their in-capabilitiesRegarding the reply to the sms at 11.26 pm on a Saturday, I didn't expect a reply straight away but you could have replied to the sms with the location of the class next morning before the start of the class at 11am but unfortunately you never responded back to the sms which shows your lack of interest in communication because of which I couldn't take my son to the make up class.Regarding the glowing feedback I provided over the phone, I saw an improvement for 1 class after I spoke to you hence I gave a positive feedback but later realised I was too quick to provide a positive feedback because from the next class the coaches were back to their disengaged coaching.Regarding the coaches not being consistent, its clear from your response where you mentioned every session was successfully by 1 or 2 coaches" which confirms that there was no consistency of having 2 coaches coaching the group for the whole term. There was only 1 coach coaching for half of the term.Regarding my son's attendance
