BONIIK (World Square)

I love the products here however the staff here are quite rude and have a bad attitude. I wish they gave more samples when spending alot of money at the store. I didn't receive any samples. Was there a few days ago and the girl working there rolled her eyes at me, and ignored my questions when I was respectfully asking for help about an item. Miss the old staff members who were alot more knowledgable and kind.

I will never visit again due to the attitude of the staff. I was so offended when the staff sighed loudly when I paid my bill. She did not even say thank you. I have never been in a shop that treated me so poorly in my life. I regret even buying the product. I really don't recommend this shop.

Good selection of products.Was super excited to shop some top korean products, but the customer service really ruined my experience.I felt really uncomfortable being there, staff was pretty rude and unapproachable even though i was the only customer there. I got the stuff I was searching for based only on my on line research. The way the lady answered my question about one product was really unpleasant as if I should already know what the product is for.Customer service skills require some improvement there.

Extremely friendly staff, well stocked and amazing discounts. Stella was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful in finding the products we need. Would highly recommend visiting Boniik for all K-Beauty needs.

overall I love the product range, although a little pricy I’d say it’s worth it!the only reason for the low review would be the staff attitude. I went there today to look for a moisturiser, and after a lot of back forth deciding, I decided to ask one of the staff what they would recommend. Although in the end I did end up buying something, the attitude of the staff towards me was aweful. I hated every moment i had to interact with them, they made me feel insecure about why I was in the store in the first place. They made me feel very unwelcome shopping in the store. Then when I went to the check out, she made it clear that she didn’t want to help, didn’t make eye contact, rolled her eyes towards me, as well as not speaking at all.I don’t usually write reviews but this just didn’t sit right with me. I love the store and the products it has to offer, but the staff really dulled the experience…Thank you for reading! I do recommend the store as it had a wide range of products, but please be aware that sometimes the staff can be rude towards customers…

Stella was incredibly helpful and insightful. She is friendly and knowledgeable of the products on offer and made it easier for me to choose products that catered for my needs.

Tam was excellent. I have never used Korean skin care before, I am slowly moving towards it and today was my second interaction with her. She was great in explaining what best might suit my skin and what I could use in the future.Highly recommend!!
