Reliable, honest, have had good advice regarding rideons and chainsaws, great service, been coming here for years, highly recommended! My old chainsaw died, bought a Stihl from John, dropped a wattle and cut it up into logs, very happy.

I dealt with John the owner. And I can’t say enough on how helpful he was. I needed parts for a chain saw. And John went straight to work on the computer and part numbers. Luckily all parts were on his shelves. Great customer service.I walked out a happy customer.Cheers John.

I needed some new chains for the chain saw. The staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced. He check the bars and the saw and said that they were in good condition. It's always good to get good advice from the experts.

We purchased a new Walker mower Unfortunately the deck was unsuitable for for our situation .What stood out was John's fantastic support .The deck was replaced with a more suitable one.The have a deep understanding of customer relationship .The only problem I see is that the Walker mower is a fantastic mower and it will be a very long time before we are back to buy another one .But will certain be buying all our other gear from John's Thank you

John could write the text book on customer service. I've always felt he is invested in helping me select the right equipment for my challenging terrain without overselling me on things I don't need. I wouldn't deal with anyone else.
