Adairs Westfield Mt Gravatt

Young female employee with massive attitude and obviously a chip on her shoulder wearing glasses and hands in her pockets. She was so rude and condescending to a older lady customer at the counter and then to me. There’s plenty of other shops to spend your money without having to put up with her rudeness .

Emily @ Garden City store is the Nicest, most helpful person I have met in a long time. Nothing was a bother and I am extremely happy with my products. Thank you Emily and Merry Christmas

Just bought a children’s quilt cover set from your store at Garden City. I love the cover but wouldn’t rate your service. 1. It was missing the pillow case - I rang the store to try to find out where it was - was offered no apology for it being on display and missing from my purchase. Was asked if I could come back, I really thought it would have been offered to be sent at no expense to me. 2. When I bought the cover I asked the sales assistant if it was on sale like it was on the weekend at another local store, she said no that’s the price. I left the store and looked online and it was on sale and had to go back to tell her.Your sales assistant whilst smiley and personable has made my experience horrible and wasted my time on more than one occasion.

Walked into Adairs at Garden City today and have never felt so invisible in my life. The ladies behind the counter didn't stop their private conversation long enough to even acknowledge my son and I in the shop. Needless to say we had a quick look around and promptly left.

Incredibly rude staff member who essentially told me I couldn't afford anything in the store (I have shopped at Adairs for years and reassured her that price wouldn't be an issue). Was laughed at when I asked about products and even though I was the only customer in the whole store she clearly had absolutely zero interest in providing anything resembling customer service. Not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location. Will shop online in future instead. Very disappointing.

The staff at Adairs are always extremely friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem, and they make me feel so welcome. It’s a pleasure to shop here and I love their products as well.

I have come to Garden city just to visit Adairs and it is closed at 4pm now!! when on google map it says they close at 5:30 p.m.

We were just browsing around the store and the lady was pretty rude when we said we were just browsing until Alex came over, we said we were just browsing again and she dug a bit deeper and really wanted to spend time and was absolutely amazing!! Very happy with the service. We were about to walk out but after the first lady then ended up spending quite a bit of money.
