Wasn't happy with the service we received when we came into the store on a Sunday. It first took 15 minutes to be served and then once we were served, we were asked what we wanted and then told to wait (no hello, or how are you). We just wanted to swap sizes for some shoes we bought there the day before - that were priced on sale. They weren't happy we purchased them for the sale price (they then changed the price on the other shoes) and then wanted extra money for the new size. When we wanted a refund after this just for the price we paid, they wouldn't do this. This place isn't cheap and if you are paying top dollar, you expect to be given better customer service.
