Yummy yummy - came here and got this potato thing. Not sure what it’s called but it has cheese, cream and potato on some pastry and it was delicious. Would definitely come back again. Have also had their bread and it is to die for. Although, they did not have coffee which wasn’t too great.

- Rye & Caraway $8.5- Boule $6Best bakery in Melbourne? Haven’t tried all of them but Baker Bleu is definitely on the top of my list. The texture of both loaves were exquisite! Soft and moist bread with a crispy crust. The rye and caraway had a very unique herby flavour! Its my first time trying it! The boule was a typical white sourdough. Perfect balance of the sweet and sour flavour! Highly recommend ordering online to avoid the queue!

The croissants/pastries are lovely, but I've had mixed experiences with the bread.I've had one loaf that was absolutely sublime - but another that was clearly burnt. Obviously it's difficult to tell with the baking method they use and based on the quality of the other loaf I'll be giving them a second chance.

Got the rye & caraway and a country roll. Both bread were really delicious. I usually get a standard sourdough from other bakeries, but glad I got the rye & caraway! Would go back to try their pastries-Melbourne

Love the side st location, beautiful bread and accompaniments I bought the sour dough countrystyle loaf, mount zero olive oil some butter of course, choc chip Anzac biscuits & some bagels did find the bagels quite dense in thickness, overall everything delicious nice to pop in here on a weekend morning go home and Eat!

As a French person, it's hard to find good bread in Australia. We ate our best baguette and bread after 7 months in Australia. It's good to eat good bread like at home, perfect!

Great customer service, going through the options of breads that were still available for the day. Shop assistant even cut me a slice so I could taste my new purchase on the way out.

Last year I bought a dozen hot cross buns from Baker Bleu in Errol St and when I opened my package at home, they looked like Hot Cross Bun golf balls. They were teeny tiny, hard and inedible. I requested a refund. But they refused to do so. They wanted to exchange the inedible products for something else, were rude and unapologetic. Don't bother. There are many many excellent bakers all over Melbourne with delicious product and fabulous customer service; if/when they make a mistake, as we all do, they own it. Baker Bleu is Baker Blah.
