I ordered a Sanden Heat Pump install from Pure Electric after researching that it is a very stable, efficient and quality heat pump. Pure Electric is one of the few companies that supply and install them and they are experts as well. Matthew was very patient with my questions and the installation went smoothly with a very friendly plumber and electrician who teed up nicely to finish the job on the same day. Matthew was also happy to guide me through setting the block out times on the heat pump so that we can maximise the solar energy to heat the water. Great service from a great company. Thank you!

Very happy with install and process from start to finish. Communication was excellent. I was really impressed with John Hooper and also the install team. While it was definitely not a cheap heat pump. I feel that iI got value for money and it was the best for my application. I'm in the renewable industry my self and was tossing up solar hot water vs heat pump. After talking with John I was reassured that a heat pump was the way to go and with long warranties backing the product I think it was a great decision.

Pure Electric help me to determine my Sanden hot pump water system fault and guild me to get hot water system reset and resolve filters issue, the hot water system is back online now. Wow thank you Pure Electric, 5 stars service.

I contacted three solar companies about a rooftop solar system. Pure electric were by far the most responsive with quick answers to my questions and updating our systems and quote with any particular things that I wanted. They gave me a number of options, selected what I wanted. Installation was scheduled and occured quickly and the system has worked faultlessly. I am very happy with how it all went and highly recommend Pure Electric and Matthew Wright. I have even have contact with them regarding FIT's and retailers post installation and they have been very happy to offer advice. Glad I bit the bullet and went ahead.. no regrets

Mathew talked me though a factory reset over the phone with clear, simple instructions and even asked for me to let him know after a period of time that it was still working so that he knew he had resolved the issue. I'd happily call Pure Electric with any future electrical issues based on this experience. Thank you Mathew for our hot water!

We engaged Pure Electric to handle our all-electric heating and cooling for a new build. Matthew and his team provided a commendable service starting with an in-depth specification based upon our NatHERS rating (7.4*) and local climate data rather than a one size fits all formula for calculating the necessary heating & cooling capacity required.Pure Electric's communication was clear and prompt, and their engineer was on-time, helpful and provided a neat installation of 3 split systems.

Pure Electric recently installed a solar PV system for us. Paul is extremely knowledgable and designed a suitably sized, high quality system while taking into account the limitations of our small roof and heritage restrictions. The entire process ran smoothly from delivery of the panels through to inspection. They also handled all of the communications with our electricity supplier and the whole system was up and running in no time. Would highly recommend them.
