Booked at tiara nail salon for gel nails for the first time. Despite an initial blooper on filing nails too short, the manager rectified this on the spot and talked me through the solution politely and informed me every step of the way. The nail artist had a great eye for detail. Beautiful customer service and exceptional detail. I will be back. Thank you.

The best nail salon for Japanese gel and nail art! If you have a particular nail art request, the folks at Tiara do an excellent job at executing (pics attached for reference). The relaxing atmosphere and massage chairs are a plus.

This was my first time getting my nails professionally done, and I could not have asked for a more perfect experience! They are experts at what they do, and gave me the perfect design after listening to what I wanted and giving me multiple options to chose from to achieve my perfect nails! I am in love with my nails, and cannot stop looking at them! They are absolute perfection! I will definitely be referring all my family and friends to this salon! Excellent work girls!

A sudden chance, I know tiara nail and lashes. I have a great experience there and have my nails done for the first time.The store is near Chinatown and the environment is pinky, fresh, clean and lovely. Staffs are friendly, they care for you and they all have soft and gentle hands. Hearing from their owner that all tools are sterilized each time before and after with helps of professional equipment. And the owner is a very approachable, elegant and confident person. As I not quite often do nail, I’m not quite critical with the style, but I saw other clients get very beautiful (diamonds and glitters) and have a very satisfied face after they walk away from the store.All in all, I highly recommend every lady in Sydney visits tiara nail and lashes for once and does fell the atmosphere there by herself. The reason is that tiara cannot let you down. I myself will definitely go back again and do a vip.

Visited Tiara today for the first time. When I booked my appointment 3 weeks ago I went in personally and had a nice consultation with the owner.My technician was Nozomi and she was absolutely wonderful. She was gentle, skilled and so pleasant to talk to.I've been thinking to get my nails done at a Japanese salon since I came from Japan and Tiara definetly met my expectations.**UPDATE**It's been 3 weeks since I got my nails done and none of them has chipped. They all grew out perfectly without breaking (refer to the second picture). Definitely a quality manicure.

My friend and I walked in to Taira’s Spa after a not so great experience at another place. The staff were welcoming, helpful and took time to walk us through their process. The attention to detail was impeccable! Very pleased - highly recommend!

Amazing job, it’s been 3 weeks since I had my nails done and they haven’t lifted and still look so good. They do such a detailed job and push back your cuticles and do your nails as close as possible to the nail bed so that you can get longevity. This will now be my regular nail salon!
