This accounting firm treats its clients with an air of suspicion and interrogates you to submit a tax return especially if you are a migrant / immigrant now living in Australia with unnecessary personal questioning that is not needed to submit your tax return. If you don’t answer the Accountants inappropriate questions about your marriage personal circumstances with Philippa she then tells you to go and find someone else to do your tax return basically get lost. This was my personal experience when I kindly referred my husband to use her services so not what I expected she obviously doesn’t need the business to treat her clients this way.
