We were passing through Mackay and had a wonderful stay in one of the family rooms with our dog! Very pet friendly, wonderful service and very clean rooms. We also thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the attached Neptunes restaurant.

They were very welcoming and dog friendly. Easy to find and drive straight in off the main road.Clean comfy bed, hot shower with great water pressure and an excellent homestyle meal. What else do you need after a very long day on the road. We will rebook for our return trip.

This motel is a great stopover.Well appointed, clean, fresh aroma, crisp sheets on comfortable beds.Meals are tasty and generous. Owners friendly and helpful.Lovely to have our toy poodle allowed in the room.

This place was a fantastic spot to stay with our families. The staff is super friendly, and we felt right at home. We definitely recommend this place to others who are taking the long road trip. Great checkpoint!

Booked in for 1 night and arrived just as they were closing the kitchen, they kept it open for us an even brought our meals to our room. Awsome meals and affordable too.Excellent service, great size bed and shower pressure was amazing.Would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff made you feel so welcome. We loved the fact that we were able to have our 12 year old dog in the room with us. I found the room quite lovely. Everything was done in dark timber with marble tops on all the cupboards. We liked that the motel also had its own restaurant. We never got to have a meal there as we opted for a quick meal from Coles. Room was clean and tidy. Loved that there was room to park outside your own room. Keep up the great work. Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed in a pet friendly room with the doggo. Older building but with very neatly refurbished rooms - including a charming quartz feature wall in the bathroom! Hosts were wonderful and very accommodating, and their meals from the kitchen exquisite. All at very reasonable rates. Would not go past this place if stopping in Mackay.

Absolute best front desk service I ever had during my business travels. They even made temporary office for me so that I could bring clients there. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and came with a TV, some paid channels, a hidden fridge and all the usual amenities. I particularly loved that you park directly outside your front door. I felt that my car and contents were much more secure. They also do room service meals which I did not have time to try, but the menu looked really good. I will go back again for business and would also bring family.
