Lofty Building Group

Thank you lofty for building our first family home. Very minor hiccups (due to the pandemic). But we are extremely happy with everything. Our supervisor Tom, was prompt with communication and getting any issues rectified. When there was a major issue due to SA power- lofty went above and beyond to help us so we could move in on time. The company was honest and transparent, and we had beautiful selections to choose from. We are very happy we went with a smaller SA builder as they were able to ensure we got our pandemic grants and they take pride in their work. The office/selections team were very prompt and our original sales member was transparent, honest and did what he said he would. Lofty is gaining a great reputation through word of mouth and when asked- I recommend to everyone. Thank you :)

Recently Lofty were undertaking a project on the adjacent block to mine, they decided to use my land as a dumping ground for material and even worse the soil they had excavated. After contacting them they refuted the claims and said it wasn’t there’s however I have photo evidence. I don’t want to take legal action however the cost of removal should not be on me and am extremely upset with how they have handled the situation

I'm giving this review a 5 stars only for the new manager of retail sales Graeme Baird. Whislt I chose not to continue with Lofty, the service professionalism and empathy received from him has been exceptional. He has been a great help and assistance through the process and has done everything possible for us. I would really recommend you go through him in case of any hiccups.

Working with Jason Loizou from Lofty made our experience much easier and streamline. Jason was attentive, honest, patient and always would get back to us. We plan on returning to Lofty to work with Jason for our next investment. We have dealt with many individuals in this industry and Jason is the only one who treated us with respect and was extremely professional. A well earned 5 stars!!

We're so disappointed with our experience and the service we have received from lofty thus far. Our process from plans to build has been over 2 years now....still counting! No end in site and have been refused a completion date. We have to constantly chase up for the updates. In the past 3 weeks only the painting has been 3/4 finished despite lofty saying its been completed. Constant delays and excuses. Signing a contract was pointless. We were promised a set price and the build completed in 24 weeks, which is untrue. We're also now left to hop from caravan park to caravan park and our valuables in storage with lofty taking so long. Unfortunately, we do not recommend lofty at all.

Multiple building defects, some are quite significant and have been ongoing for some years now. This company will do everything in their power to avoid any rectification. I would recommend to anyone to give this company a pass.

My wife and I just finished building our dream home with Lofty building group and we couldn’t be more happier!. From buying our block till the end was a seamless process. Throughout the design stage, the team at lofty were very knowledgeable in making sure the floor plan was best suited to our block and were very accommodating to making changes when we thought of new ideas. Our site supervisor Tom was a legend, had great chats on site and was more than happy to answer questions throughout the build. It’s a real credit to Keatan and Gary for making sure their clients have a positive building experience. We highly recommend Lofty building group!

I built my first home with Lofty in Klemzig. I bought land and sign the construction on late Dec 2020. Lofty managed well during the pandamic and crazy 2021 and I got my two government grants. Lofty is good at hiring good tradesman to do the job perfectly.on walk through day I hire a building inspector and he didn't find any major issue. also all the minor issues I picked up and final touch ups all done by today. there isn't any complain nor outstanding tasks.I have been living in my home for more than 6 months now and I want to specially thank to Joe(my consultant), Blair (my site supervisor) and Vicki Nash (maintenance coordinator)all maintenance jobs after handover done in timely manner. Colin the painter spent 3 days in my home last weekend to fix whatever issue I picked up.thank you

We need our water service urgently fixed by lofty by replacing a part that faulty and they have no options to contact them due to Christmas shut down until the 11th of January.During the house build there was poor communication throughout the time.Edit: response to loftys responsephone lines were not open during the holiday break. My issue is still happening and it currently not expected to be fixed on the first day you have opened back up. Everything you said here is completely false.

Lofty has been nothing but amazing to us so far. With all the hiccups we have heard about in the industry, the people at Lofty have done an amazing job in helping us through the process. Our sales consultant Dimitri gave us all the information needed before we committed with Lofty, and was open to helping in any way possible. Our selections was made easy by Emma, who was always happy to help us through, she made selections fun! Looking forward to getting my keys and calling this Lofty build my new home!!
