Meridian Massage

I had a one hour relaxation massage from James today and it was incredible - not to mention exactly what my muscles needed after a 12 hour night shift of pressure cleaning. I've had a remedial massage from James before and was equally blown away by him then. My mum and husband have both had a remedial massage from him and were equally blown away. James reads the body so well, honing in on exactly the muscles that need to be worked. His massages (both relax and remedial) are the biggest treat I can give to my body. Highly recommend him. Now that I've found him I'll be going back to him regularly for sure.

I’ve been here a number of times and probably won’t again. The last time I came here, i had to endure listening to 2 older ladies speaking very loudly in Chinese, right on the other side of the curtain from my massage. Not relaxing in the least. Also there was no music playing and when I asked about it, I was just given a weird look. So yeh, not a relaxing or welcoming place.

Went there today with a voucher we had for $50, no expiry on the voucher. When I arrived they checked the serial number and stated it was from 2021. The vouchers were given to us by a corporate client. Hate the fact they've been paid for the vouchers but don't honour them when we actually need them. Vouchers are a waste of money, at least with these guys.

There was nothing luxurious about the hot stone massage I received. I came out feeling worse than when I went in. The ‘massage’ was advertised as luxurious with oil - the older lady spent almost an half an our rubbing and kind of shaking before she just then rubbed hot stones on my back.Felt terrible post massage, had to ask for water, it wasn’t offered and then it was an inconvenience.

I've been here twice. The first time the guy was pretty good, but strong pressure and I had some bruising after. I did feel looser though and the massage made a difference. Then, I bought a gift voucher for my partner who didn't get around to using it. So I thought I'd use it, a couple of months after buying it. It was for 1 hour massage. When I got there, the lady examined the voucher, at first saying it's out of date, to which I said no, it's only 2-3 months ago I bought it (6 month expiry). Then she said ok, but then told me the price is $75 vs $60 for the hour passage I paid a couple of months before. I wasn't too happy with that as I think they should honour the purchase, especially as it wasn't very long before I bought it. Then she tells me she'll only give me 45 mins for the voucher. I just said ok, I didn't want to argue. The massage I got was quite good, about a 6-7 but all she did was my top half of my body. So I paid for a one hour massage, but got much less. I won't be back.

Went there to relax, but that wasn’t the case at all. I came home in pain. It’s been 4 days now and I’m still feeling pain in my back shoulder. This dude massage me as if I have layers and layers of fat to support his strength, but even then. I was literally screaming in pain multiple times and he didn’t acknowledge it. Shame we have to pay upfront else I wouldn’t have payed.

Friendly customer service. Massage was priced at $50 but ended up having to pay an extra $5 for oil. Personally, I think oil should be included with the massage unless asked otherwise!? Also, the 50min massage ($55) I asked for ended up finishing 10mins early, but for my partner who went in at the same time as me, his went for the whole 50mins. Massage was good but unsure if they are trained??

I am sorry to say the neck and shoulder massage I had today was terrible. The 'masseuse' just rubbed my skin, there was no massage and loosening of tight muscles at all. A child could do better. I am only thankful I only paid $5 with the help of my health fund.I won't be back

Extremely disappointed with the service! I payed for a 40 mins back, shoulder and neck massage for $45 then they asked $5 extra for oil. The old lady who massaged me seemed inexperienced , all she did is quick circles on neck or light rub across my back, forget the shoulders completely. Her nails were also scratching my skin most of the time.The bed has such a small hole for the face that my lips were keep touching the side of the inside of it, which is concerning me regarding to the Covid madness.Worst way of spending $50 in my whole life.Reason I didn't complain during and after the massage is they didn't understand English other than basic level.I don't want to discourage anyone to go there but don't be surprised if you will feel the same way.
