I’ve been getting coached by Romeo for almost 2 years now and he is an absolute gem! He’s helped me get into boxing and Muay Thai in a very fun and energetic environment. He’s helped me build my confidence and improve my technique while keeping me accountable and motivating me to reach my goals. Highly recommend Romeo as he genuinely cares and wants to help you perform the best.

Coach Romeo is a gun!!! Not only is he a great coach but he actually takes the time to help improve your skills, techniques and form. I’ve been training with Romeo for two years now and he has taught me so much. He is always full of energy and brings such a great vibe to the room. If you want to up skill yourself whether it be in or out of the ring, Romeo is your man! I would highly recommend him.

Very knowledgeable in training, especially with fighting style training such as boxing and kickboxing. Whether in a group or as an individual, the attention to detail and the ability to help you understand about the necessity of correct form is something that is essential, which Romeo brings. Romeo is such an amazing coach! He’s so encouraging and helpful but gives it to you straight when you need it! His programs have been so well put together that I noticed big improvements in just a week or two. When I first started training with him he taught me the foundations of lifting so that I could build my strengths and improve myself with the right techniques. I recently injured myself (not gym related thankfully!) and he has been so accommodating, helping to adapt my program so that I can still work out. I am so thankful to have him as a coach. His welcoming nature, right from the first session I had with him made going to the gym fun and not nearly as scary as I thought it would be!I highly recommend this guy! He is a legend!

I've been training with Romeo for the past 18 months and he is hands down one of the best coaches. I've had a few niggling injuries around the hip and glute muscles and he has incorporated different exercises which have helped me strengthen them. I can move a lot more freely and my glutes are far more active. In addition, Romeo has helped me become far more competent as a boxer with his varying training sessions. If you want to get fit and struggle with motivation then there's no one better than Coach Romeo.
