Premium Gold Coast Removals

Recently used premium removals. Overall not terrible. But, they dinted my fridge and tore a hole in the bottom underlay of the couch.

One of the best removalists we've had and we've moved a lot over the years. It was easy to set up a booking and they were accommodating when we had to change the start time a little on relatively short notice. Our removalists Arthur and Leo were fantastic. They kept us informed on the day when they were headed to the storage facility where our stuff were, and they were on time. They were very friendly, worked efficiently, and did a great job moving all our mess (including a disassembled home gym) into our new home. Thanks Arthur and Leo!

The guys who came to take items for my move on the 17/08/2022, did so whilst I was in middle of deconstructing 17yrs worth of stuff down to a matter of a few days. The job from my end is very overwhelming, and the guys took only what I’m keeping. Downsizing over 3/4 of what I own in matter of 4 days is difficult when doing it by yourself. So, thank you so much for taking what I needed to the new property. Hope the boys enjoyed a nice drink with the little tip o gave them! Do recommend using this company!!

Those guys were just legends. My wife and I needed to move from Mermeid Beach, I had Marcio and Gui doing the job. They are very professional, careful and always had a smile on their face. Recommend it!

I used to use another business but they were booked out so I had to use Premium Gold coast removals. I used the services in December. First, they confused the dates, so it was CHAOS and stressful. They managed to organize someone else to come. However, they came from much further away from Pedro and Arthur, and they charged me based on that which is unfair as it is their fault to get the dates confused and having to organize to come from far away. Also, they damaged my furniture. No apologies, but they complained about how they carried the heavy furniture for us and that I don't appreciate and complain about the damage. They told me to rub it off with sand paper lol.I contacted Pedro after this but still haven't heard anything back from him.Also, we had much less furniture and good compared to moving before. However, they still took hours longer than the other business. They were very slow+In response to your comment, Pedro mever asked me to send any confirmation message and instead, he said it is noted and updated. On the day, Arthur admitted that it was a mistake from your end and that is the reason why you guys offered to organised for another time. You accepted that it was your fault on the day and now you are lying and saying it was my fault. Also the damage was definitely not small and it is an expensive furniture. In addition, regardless if whether the damage is small or big the first thing should have been an apology instead of asking to use sandpaper. The guys took over an hour to come and if it was from Sufers, it wouldn't have took this long. Even after this you still don't recognize the problem. Also, the guy were keep saying we are doing Pedro's favour"

Pedro and Arthur were so helpful and very caring with delicate items. Did a great job packing and move the next day Although everything took a bit longer they worked hard due to lift waits where I left and stairs where I moved to. Nothing was damaged which is important and the guys were friendly and happy. I have had cranky" removalists with moves over many years Thankyou and recommended to friends"

I’m not sure what happened to my review of this Removalist Company but I want it known how combative and disrespectful they were when dealing with them about the damage they caused to my TV. I used this Removal Company very recently, 2 months ago, and they smashed the corner of my Samsung 50 inch TV, hide it from me with a blanket and refused to take responsibility for the damage. I was told a variety of excuses most of them being my fault. I’m absolutely disgusted with the very expensive service and appalling treatment afterwards from this Company. I absolutely do not recommend using them as they were slow (which costs you more in the long run), spoke very little English ( which made it difficult to communicate your concerns during the move) and were not experienced at doing this work properly & efficiently. Please think very carefully before booking your move with these guys.

Pedro and his team were amazing and so professional. They responded promptly to all my questions and accommodating to changes of time due to settlement. I would highly recommend this company as they were prompt, efficient and polite taking care of all our belongings so carefully.
