Good organization to work for...But work is furthermore enjoyable if you are lucky enough to get a good supervisor at the allocated workplace...!!!

One of the best companies I have worked.Senior management team is very supportive and great career progression opportunities within the organisation.At AHS they looked after their employees.Highly recommended.

It became Unprofessional since couple of months after entry of new managerand doesn't have any support to employees and absolutely unhappy with managers, trying to increase part time workers and trying to convert casual to part time staff. I never recommend any of friends to AHS.

Poorly managed. Favouritism especially those people in Doubletree Hilton Hotel. It does not matter if it is your regular roster, but if the people they like or if they come from the same county and are available, they get prioritised.

I worked for AHS Hospitality in a Crown hotel in Melbourne. I quit due to an incident that happened to me, I was sexually assaulted by a guest, which caused me to have lots of anxiety and panic attacks while at work. I called in sick a few times because of the anxiety(which I was told by the manager was too many times). One day I hurt my arm while making a bed, so I went down to the office (As they tell you to do if you hurt yourself), my manager told me to think about if this job is right for me and treated me as though I was a child in school. She talked down to me, laughed in my face and pretty much implied she thought I was faking hurting my arm (Which I wasn't). I felt so disrespected and like they just wanted me gone. That was the day I quit but I have recently wanted to go back to work there, so I text the manager (which she ignored) and put in another application and I just received a rejection email by AHS saying that I don't meet the required skills... I worked there for months, How can I not have the required skills?? Most of the staff at this hotel were so disrespectful, unprofessional, and just plain rude. A few of the supervisors were so unbelievably pathetic and treated me terribly which caused me to have anxiety attacks in rooms. I have no other experience with AHS other than that Crown hotel.

I've visited here for searching job for my friend, but returned from reception desk, since they only recruite online. They have a joint reception desk for number of companies. The aroma of the place looks professional and elegant.

Very good people are here.But i didn't got a job in this angency. T,.T
