I give my highest recommendation to Dean who just completed a stunning renovation on my mother's 2 bedroom Bondi apartment that was completely gutted. He is very responsive to the clients' queries and offers good honest advice. He kept to the schedule and budget and was a complete professional in every aspect of the process. He takes pride in his work and the result is a quality job that was completely stress-free.

My husband and I highly recommend Marco Projects.Dean has been incredibly helpful, supportive and professional to us.We had two units which required refurbishment and throughout a very frustrating and turbulent period of 12 months of stops and starts Dean remained positive and helpful.No problem was left unsolved. He understood our needs and budget and worked accordingly. At all times Dean provided regular progress reports which showed costs, photos, suggestions, future planning time line etc. This was above and beyond other people we have worked with. Dean did a complete renovation of a 1 bedroom apartment for us. There was a Covid outbreak in the middle which caused complications. We were so lucky we chose Dean. He handled every unexpected drama professionally, and somehow still managed to finish on time.His attention to detail is incredible. He found solutions that other builders had told us weren't possible. Just as an example, we were blown away by how much space he created in the tiny bathroom and tiny kitchen without sacrificing anything.At every stage we felt we were with a safe pair of hands. Dean is completely trustworthy in an industry that has some shonky players.The place looks beautiful, completely unrecognisable. We are already planning to use him for another renovation.

Dean and his team have performed an amazing transformation. They have been professional and responsive. Dean kept me informed throughout the whole process. Marco Projects do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. They completed the project ahead of time. Marco Projects are highly recommended for any residential building transformation.

Our project was fairly 'unusual' in that it involved lots of different skills and trades across our house. I cannot recommend Marco Projects more highly. Dean is a true professional - reliable, relatable, interested, dependable, experienced, motivated, committed. He's assembled a quality team around him - the sub-contractors he brought in on our project all were all reliable, did incredibly high-quality work (our wall tiling, flooring and cabinetry were particular highlights), worked professionally and met deadlines and milestones. Dean kept the project on track, held us all accountable, was able to 'pivot' to changes as needed and he constantly ensured the place was kept clear and clean and safe. He was always available to chat and accountable for the work done. I will definitely be happy to engage Dean and his team again.

We were introduced to Dean Marco through a friend who he did a fantastic job for. Now we're delighted he's done a fantastic job for us! From our initial meeting he was enthusiastic and helpful. He really listened to our brief, which was to rejuvenate a Bondi Beach home with value adding features at the same time as a full paint job. So it was upgraded joinery in several rooms, re-modelled kitchen, new lighting and much larger doors to the garden. Dean always gave us multiple options, kept us in the loop and gave enlightened guidance.Every aspect of our project was carefully thought through by Dean, clearly quoted, and came in on time and budget, even though COVID lockdowns pushed the scheduling out at critical times. He did so well to keep us all on track.Dean is fanatical in his attention to detail and with a fun personality he gets the best from his tradie team. They told us they love working with him - each were happy to come back to finish loose ends and get the perfect outcome. Dean's Dad is charming too and joined the project at critical times. Looking back we got a lot more than what was in the formal scope. You can tell we're very happy clients and thrilled to recommend Dean for your construction project. The first 3 photos were the 'after' and the last two were the 'before' - although my camera work is not the best.

From the moment I met Dean, I knew we were in good hands. He is trustworthy, straightforward, and knowledgeable. With patience, flexibility, professionalism, and humor he guided us through the renovation of our first home, a landmarked townhouse. Whether actively listening to our needs, giving suggestions for renovation choices so we remained on budget and complied with landmark requirements, or managing and problem solving the many spinning wheels involved in a large project, Dean was always on point and an utter joy to work with. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Working with Dean Marco and his team on my full renovation project was the best renovation/build experience I have ever had. They were smart, pleasant, incredibly organized and responsible. It was truly fun going through from design to final finish, I am so happy with the resulting beautiful new kitchen, baths, closets and built in cabinetry.
