I've been dealing with long-standing neck and back issues for years, trying different treatments with little to no success. I thought I would try a local Osteopath in Lovely Banks/ Geelong. I found True Health Osteopathy and it has truly been a game-changer.At first, I thought I had a severe muscle knot in my back, but the osteopath Cat quickly identified it as a rib sprain caused by an issue with my opposite hip and movements in my arms. I was amazed at how much my condition had been misdiagnosed and mistreated in the past.The osteopath took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and provided me with education on how I could help myself. She gave me exercises to do at home, but what really set her apart was the accompanying videos she provided. It made it so much easier to understand and follow the exercises, which I found to be very effective. I was able to see a real improvement in my neck and back issues after just a few visits.But what impressed me the most was the level of care and attention I received. The osteopath really listened to me, and her genuine concern for my well-being was evident in every session. I felt like I was in good hands, and I trusted her completely.I can't recommend this Osteopath enough. If you're dealing with neck and back issues and have tried everything else, give her a try. Cat has a really great understanding of the human body and mechanics. She puts on her thinking face when she treats the problem and treats an area that you’d think is “random”. But lo and behold! Working on this “random” area actually fixes the problem. Its amazing. She explains everything so thorough too so anytime you go, you get a biology lesson too. 100% recommend.

Cat is the best person to have ever worked on my injuries.I started seeing her 10 months ago after being recommended by some friends following a serious back injury 15 months prior that seemed like I was never going to walk properly again from or get out of pain.To my amazement Cat has managed to get me surfing again and be pain free. I feel like I owe my life to her because it seemed like no one else could fix me from having such serious injuries that twisted and bent my body so bad that caused so much pain in my lower back all day for a year. It was my worst nightmare.I feel that her method of fixing me has been very unique and creative, looking at the way I move with the multiple injuries I’ve had. My movement patterns have greatly improved thanks to her continual correcting, panel beating and teaching me so much, which she explains very well.Cat is nothing short of MAGIC and will be the only person fixing my injuries in the future!I highly recommend her 10/10.
