Horrible customer service. Because of their monopoly in the market, the staff thinks they own the customer. The staff is rude, never accepts their mistake and are unable to help. When you call them for help, they will always try to sell you another product instead of resolving the issue. Greedy brand and has zero empathy for parents. When you ask sales staff about a product, they ll never tell you all the features nor they tell you the cons of a product. I had bought a lot from them and most of the products had pre exisiting issues which they never mentioned when we were buying. They expect the customer to know everything and then come and buy. No idea why they have sales staff on ground then. Please beware especially first time parents, they are only after your money.

Mixed review.Some of the staff are over and above friendly. I think Sara and the lady with the tattoos. Great service.Another staff member with brown hair is way too skeptical of returns. Looking it over again and again and asking all these questions. Took 30 long minutes to exchange a very expensive and important item that broke on me when my baby was only 2 weeks old. I don’t skimp on quality, I’ve spent thousands at BB and I expect high quality service. Perhaps show more trust in your loyal customers and appologise firstly for a faulty product.

Do not value customers only money making

Good customer service and knowledgeable staff. We really needed baby bunting in this neighbourhood.

Exchanged a baby monitor, served by Sara, due to a fault after 3 months of use. Friendly and helpful service. We are glad we purchased it in store from Baby Bunting in the end after the seamless and stress free replacement service today. Thank you!

Disgusting service, attitude by staff member. If I'm going to spend $80 on a seat protector, you can at least open the box (no tape on it at all) so I can check it is worth it. Was going to spend $800 on a car seat as well, but no sale EVER from me now. Competition needed in this industry as opposition would clean the floor with Baby bunting.
