I met Frankie January 2020 when I applied for a rental property in Lindfield - he was the agent. Frankie is so good that I actually hired him to manage my own investment property, and recommended him to my friends.You just want a good and responsive agent who is fair and put himself in your shoes.For all affairs, I have never had to email him and wait for reply. I’ve only ever needed to text him or call him. He would always pick up, or call back within 30 minutes, and get back to me before end of day with update– for anything.There was a flooding situation in February 2020 2 weeks after I moved in - a lot of parts of NSW have had flood damage. Due to my unit being on ground floor, both bedroom carpets were soaked and mouldy. Frankie was very proactive and helpful in liaising for me between the builder and owner (the unit block had just been completed in Dec 2019) He arranged carpets to be removed and replaced with wooden floor – within 1 week.I just love that speed to action, it’s exactly what you need as a tenant!Frankie is so good that I asked him to manage my own investment property at Prime Macquarie Park. He grabbed my keys on a Thursday afternoon, photos and advertisement up on Friday morning. The following day on Saturday he had 4 groups showed up for inspection, 2 groups applied. He rang me at 2pm after the inspection and debriefed me. He also gave me his suggestion which group was better tenant. There’s no issue with that tenant throughout the whole tenancy.A few weeks ago a friend of my asked for an agent and I recommended Frankie straightaway. It was a 2 bedroom at my building. Frankie had leased it out at $30 more than owner’s asking price and leased it out within 2 weeks.I am so impressed with Frankie and I will continue to recommend him to everyone that I know and I will always buy/sell/rent through him.
