Alex has changed my quality of life. I am a very active person with a lot of chronic niggles. I have gone from dealing with chronic pain and enduring exerice with interupted sleep to being pain free a lot of the time.I am moving more freely, my gaite, posture, sleeping and breathing have improved. This has all happened in a relatively short perior of time. I can not speak more highly of the outcome I have had. If you have tried the rest it is not time to go to the best. ;)
