Very nice to deal with. This is the only one visiting site to inspect and quote. Steve went extra miles to help me selecting the most suitable products for my small project. He delivered the order himself on the same day of order (yes that is a long weekend Sunday). Brought some tools and explained carefully on what to do. If you want to have roof or wall insulation installed, I highly recommended you to contact them. I felt lucky find them myself.

I have not come across this level of service in a VERY long time and I cannot talk highly enough of the team at Austral Insulation Brisbane. While insulating my roof is probably the worst job I've ever had to do, dealing with Mark, Cory and the guys was most pleasant. They were more than happy to help, went the extra mile, gave great pricing, delivered on time etc. Bloody brilliant!!

Was road raged by one of there trucks , disgusting behaviour. I overtook the truck totally safe legal and was road raged and nearly hit by the truck. With employees like this I'd never use this company

Steve has excellent industry knowledge and helped me select suitable product for our Queenslander. Cory was great to deal with, quote/invoice and delivery were seamless. Finally, for such a bulky delivery, I was impressed with the extra effort put in to place my order discreetly up side of house while I was at work. Many others would just dump in front of your garage door. Cheers Austral
