Prompt and great service was provided by Peter & Paul for a pink slip e-safety report for our vehicle on a busy Friday afternoon. They are very knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection of our vehicle. They also went the extra mile" at our request and provided professional advice on a difficult fault that can be potentially fixed in the future. This is a second time we are using Auto Spot and it is highly recommended.PS. The "engine fault" issue was thoroughly tested including air pressure testing and a root cause was correctly identified by Peter. A correct part (Mass Air Sensor) was promptly ordered and installed into our BWM 320D car. The "engine fault" issue was resolved at a reasonable price. I called the staff yesterday to make a booking to come in and they advised me to come today and didn’t mention any time, which is a red flag in my opinion, they don’t book cars to come in. Upon arrival, no one approached me and I was waiting inside the adjacent room for almost 30 minutes. Wasted my time and it appears they don’t care about their customers. I recommend not to use this place.

I went to Autospot to get a blue slip done for a vehicle I bought. Peter and the team were extremely quick and professional. Peter kindly offered his computer so I could arrange my CTP insurance package and then offered me a complimentary vehicle for me to take to service NSW and get my vehicle registered while they looked it over. Price was also great. Will come back indefinitely.
