I went there to get SNS nails and I am very disappointed with the result. I went there last time and a young girl did my nails. She was amazing so I went again. Unfortunately even she did not do a good job this time. First of all even after an appointment they made me wait 15 mins.The nails were not filed nicely and kept getting stuck on clothes. Moreover there are white patches on nails with the powder not filled in appropriately.Above all there is a boy that works there who is extremely unprofessional and doesn't know what he is doing. DO NOT let him work on your nails. he definitely needs more training. He and the girl did my nails. He did a far worse job than the girl.Just because this place has been good in the past doesn't mean they are maintaining the quality. Speak up if you are not happy with their services. They are not cheap by any means or doing it for free.

This is my 3rd time at this salon and I don't like it. They do not carefully manicure, they are always in a hurry. Today I didn’t even make up the shilak and did a bad manicure.

I have been going to Adiva for a few years now and love their work. (I wouldn't keep going back if I didn't). They are reasonably priced and have a customer loyalty program. Jenny and her team are all polite and friendly.

I have recently visited the salon and have to say that everything about the salon was of highest standard. The staff was extremely lovely, honest about pricing and patiently went through all of my queries without pushing me to go for any kinds of services. The premise was clean and well maintained. everything was just perfect. :)

Adiva Nails is the place that done my nails perfectly since I moved to Burwood July 2022. I have repeatedly come to get my nails done with SNS for manicure and Shellac for spa pedicure. I love their works and staffs are friendly, especially Jenny she has the best skills and I always looking forward for her services. The shop is spacious with massage chairs for spa pedicure and ambience is bright and clean. Highly recommended if you want to have a beautiful nails that made your lovely day.

Adiva has been excellent at taking care of my nails ever since I moved to Melbourne. The way that they conduct their services are exquisite and the pricing of their services are actually understandable and acceptable. My visions for my nails are accurately represented after a session with Adiva. My favourite nail technician will probably have to be Irene. She is excellent at her service and gets the job done. Adiva is the way to go for nails.

I have done eyebrow tattoos at this salon in November 2021. They gave me a paper which said I can retouch. I called them in 2022 October to do it. They said they don’t have available dates to do it in the year already and the staff who can do eyebrow tattoos will be on holiday and she will be back for the next year.So today I called them to book an appointment. First, a man staff got my call and he was not sure they can do. He went to check his manager and I was waiting. He just said he will call me back and hung up without saying sorry or thank you.Anyway, I got call back the manager said they are not available to do it because they will renovate their salon. She kept saying “I told you already” but this was my first time to hear it.I am so disappointed their services. I regretted that I recommended this salon to my friend who’s got eye brow tattoos.I checked this salon’s reviews and the manager gave a comment for negative reviews. She might say we have a miscommunication or something.But I have an evidence.Anyway I DO NOT recommend this salon anymore.

I went there 3x in the last months. First i got SNS Nails without asking me if i want them or Acrylic Nails, the color went from white to yellow in just one day and they weren’t even straight as every single one had a bump in it. 2cnd time i did finally Acrylic Nails but they only lasted for 2 weeks when 4 of them started on the top to come off already. So i went there the 3rd time to fix it as not even 1 week later the same happens again. I can not spent every 1/2 weeks $50 to re-do my Nails as they should last their 4 weeks before they grow out too long which is natural but they keep coming off so i am very disappointed! ☹️

I have been a client for a umber of years and have utilised a number of their services offered. I can highly recommend their professionalism and warmth and have never been disappointed with any procedure undertaken. A lovely friendly staff with a high skill level for all the products they offer. Highly recommended x
