First time leaving a negative review on Google.I had two addresses with Fuzenet (Uniti) and I requested to cancel one of them as I was moving out. They acknowledged that they received my request and advised me a termination date (09/04). However, they still invoiced me for that address the following payment period and I've been trying to contact them to rectify this issue since 17/And the fee was direct debited from my account on 24/04.Customer service was not existing at all. Can’t get any email back in 3 weeks and queue position when trying to call them only got longer when you were waiting (started at 51 in queue but after 20 mins it became 67?)This is so frustrating and keep away if you possibly need any customer service

I had to sign with this company cause it’s the only one available on my building.. For sign up I took 10minutes on the phone and the guy begged me to flick a review on google with 5 starts and I was happy with it so I did no dramas..2 days later my internet (100mbps) its going waaay slow, can’t load a YouTube video or nothing!!Now I’m here on the queue for over 1hour waiting to talk with a technician!If u can choose go for any other company then that!

I'm surprised that this company has a good review.The worst internet company. No communication, no responsibility.They don't care at all after they sign up. If you try to talk to technical support, you must wait for more than an hour. You're lucky to get it in an hour.I haven't been able to use the Internet for 7 days since I signed up. Always saying the technician will contact you within 24 to 48 hours to help you. I don't know if it's 24 to 48 days or hours. Still no one has come and no one has contacted me and I am still waiting.

The WORST internet provider I’ve ever seen. I never post reviews but this experience has been awful and I want to warn others away. Not only did my service drop out, they lied to me twice about it being a different issue and gaslit me when I told them the problem was with the modem. When they finally acknowledged it was the modem, they then tried to charge me an extortionate amount for a callout fee for an issue caused on their end. Not to mention, the wait times are so long - I have spent 10+ hours on the phone over the week that I lost internet. I have swapped internet providers. I do not recommend this whatsoever.

Great service provided after no access to the internet for 4 days.Thanks to Sachin Jijiu for your fantastic customer service I was 7th in the cue I wasn’t sure if I would get through as the call centre closed at 8pm it was 7:55. Sachin answered my call at 8:06am.Thank you for the great customer care

The service wait time is ridiculous. Every time I call, there were at least 40 people in front of me queueing, and I had to wait hours and hours on the phone to speak to them. One year ago, Fuzenet's review was 1 or 2 stars, now it miraculously jumped to 4 starts. Highly skeptical about the genuineness of the positive reviews.

The worst experience ever. They signed me for one year contract without telling me this. I have been waiting for one and a half weeks to receive the wifi modem , I am still waiting atm, and for the service to be provided. Every time I called, the waiting time to be able to speak with someone is over an hour. They don’t deliver what they promise. They charged me for a service they haven’t provided, yet. I still haven’t got the internet and my money disappeared from my account. I will call the Ombudsman to cancel my service straight away . Please, don’t sign with this company. The are the worst.

When introducing a new internet package, customers who have been loyal and promoted your company through word of mouth should not be penalized. These customers have generated increased profits and higher lifetime customer value, which is essential for driving profitability and enhancing customer lifetime value. Therefore, the benefits of high customer retention rates should extend to old customers who have been loyal, and they should enjoy the same services and packages as new customers.

This company is exceptionally difficult to get any assistance from. Now we are trying to cancel with them and it has taken 3hrs today (still waiting) to speak to someone who can help. Just keep being bumped from person to person. From Australia to the Philippines and now back to Australia. It has taken overall 2 weeks to attempt to get any help.Do not go with this company and save yourself the grief. Our price was always bumped up and then had to call to get the initial price reintroduced. Lots of drop outs and it automatically goes from 5G to 2G, so had to learn how to change the settings. You certainly learn a lot from an experience with this company. So if you aren't a tech person, walk away.

Terrible service. Promised I will have internet in 24 hours. Internet never arrived. I canceled it in the call centre, I had CONFIRMATION of cancellation ( no fee involved) Then their charged me $172.80 month later. What a joke.
