Highly recommend. Never any issues getting an appointment, always call us if there is a cancellation as flexibility can be key to get in earlier, if possible. The GPs are incredibly informative, thorough and personable. Reception team and nurses are wonderful. With the transition to mixed billing, this may put people off. However without good health, nothing else matters.

Daughter and I went in for our CovID boosters at 2pmFilled in paperwork, waited 30 mins as people came in, did the same and were seen straight away. Asked what was going on, it seems they just pile the paperwork into a tray, so if you are in early, you go to the bottom. Left after an hour as someone walked in for a 4pm appt...an hour early...and walked straight in despite us being told we were nextDr chased after us telling us we couldn't leave as we were booked in. Told him his system sucked...NOT Impressed, only saving grace was Seinfeld on the TV!

I gave 1 star simply for the receptionist. I’m not sure what her name was as she of course didn’t say it when she rang me. She is the rudest medical centre receptionist I’ve ever experienced. The doctors are great. However they no longer bulk bill.

My family had been going to this surgery for quite a while but never again. My wife visited this surgery yesterday and saw a different doctor as she was concerned about a badly infected wound from a fall which had intensified to swollen lymph nodes. The doctor was dismissive, rude, disrespectful to the point my wife came home very upset. There is no reason to treat anyone this way.The doctor actually made her wait outside on the road and refused to actually exam the wound. She wanted to show her swollen lymph nodes but clearly the side of the road is not the right place for this.He gave her antibiotics but said nothing about what to do if it gets worse or anything useful. He was too busy being condescending. We are about to go to the hospital as it has gotten considerably worse. Although he was not our usual doctor, this kind of behaviour is unforgivable and we will now need to find another surgery.

Waited for one and half hour for telehealth appointment and did not get a phone call when finally I cancelled the appointment. I understand it can get busy but 1.5 hours for telehealth, it's frustrating!

Needed a prescription for arthritis medication and told to wait 3 days for a telephone appointment for a prescription prescribed previously by an in-house doctor. Told young inexperienced receptionist, Natasha that I am in pain and type for my job... She said, 'Well, you have to wait for an appointment. all our doctors are busy. Or go to another doctor...'Wow - what great service (NOT!). On top of that my favourite doctor left the practice. That says it all!

Fantastic doctors at this place, a nice clean waiting room, and professional admin at the front desk. Unfortunately none of that matters as this practice has stopped bulk billing. Thanks for all the help over the past 5+ years but I'm changing practices.

Disgusting level of professionalism (or complete lack thereof) displayed at this practice. Had the manager" hang up on me mid conversation after I asked for advice on what I could do in a scenario where the practice was unable to help.I have to take medication for a heart condition daily

Had such a great time here. Really patient and caring doctors. I found them to be so helpful and supportive. Sometimes you have to wait a bit, but its because the surgery is so popular which I can understand , because their doctors are great.

They have discriminating female doctors not seeing unvaccinated patients. The problem is, they do not tell you until you enter the practice. That happened to us, waiting for 3 days for the appointment, being told at the reception, that their female doctors discriminate based on vaccine status. They should clearly communicate this on their website, booking system and over the phone before the appointment is made. I will make a complaint hopefully to change this disgraceful system of humiliation.
