KC Dry Cleaning Coorparoo

Thank you so much to the amazing staff at KC Dry Cleaning Coorparoo. They went out of their way ensuring that my trousers were altered on time for a wedding I was attending this week. Appreciate their kindness so much!

Would not recommend KC Dry Cleaning Coorparoo for Dry-cleaning or alterations.I had a silk dress dry-cleaned at KC Dry Cleaning Coorparoo. When I recieved the dress back it had been dramatically discoloured. The dress had a matching belt making the colour difference noticeable. The staff took no responsibility and said they don't know how it happened as they use 'sensitive detergent'. KC offered to clean the belt also as a way to match the colours. This was agreed to as was the only way to salvage the $550 dress. The belt came back torn and missing the tongue from the clasp. It was offered to me to sew the belt up (I'm not sure how they imagined I get into the dress once it was sown shut). Staff in store told me they could escalate the issue but it was unlikely a manager or higher would call me back. After persistence I was offered a seamstress there could overlock the belt (terrible practice for a silk dress) or $75 to seek alterations elsewhere.Would not recommend KC Dry Cleaning Coorparoo for Dry-cleaning or alterations.

Unfortunately I didn't have the good experience here. I took my brand new, never worn, wedding shirt in for a clean and it came back with green marks along the centre with the buttons and through the collar.Fortunately, they did reclean it free of charge. It came back ok, someone else with more attention to detail may have not been as comfortable as I was.I would give 3 stars but went with 2, had I not had the extra days, I'd be scrambling to find another shirt.

Disgraceful customer service. Sent a shirt on for dry cleaning on Tuesday indicating that it was needed for a wedding on Friday at 3pm. Was told it would be done by Thursday. I indicated that I worked Thursday and would pick it up Friday morning. Friday morning comes and I ring to collect and was told it wouldnt be done by 3pm and that there was no way of getting the shirt earlier. I was then told that I was aware it wouldnt be ready until Friday afternoon. Why would I book it in knowing it wouldnt be ready. Had to race out to shops to buy another $$ shirt. Collected shirt the following week and was told it was my fault and I had to pay. Would not recommend this place at all. Zero customer sevice.

Absolutely buggered up my bridesmaid dress. I had it altered to shorten the hem. The insidr hem finished about ankle height and the outer chiffon layer was not much longer. Looked totally stupid.

Lovely service, easy drop off and collection. Business shirt costs about $6 to dry clean and suit jacket is $19.99 - reasonable in my opinion! Garments came back well cleaned as you would expect.Most annoying thing is that there’s no price list available… transparency is important!!

The team at KC are amazing. They have great skills, and exceptional customer service. I have had my suit resized, stitched up and all my shirts dry cleaned there for about a year - never once have they made a mistake or missed a deadline. Thank you :)

Shocking treatment by one of the staff at this place this morning. Jacket was not ready when I came to pick up at the agreed time, so I came back later in the week when it was ready.I asked the lady about their trademark guarantee" printed on their branding which says if it's not ready on time

My last review was a couple of years ago and I am still more than happy with their service as well as the pleasant staff who are more than helpful - and in particular Ms Laura who is always very attentive, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.Keep up the good work!!
