I would like to praise Jack, who as a trainee, certainly knows his cars. He was attentive right from the start, listened to us, showed us the two cars we were interested in and arranged a test drive of both straight away. The one thing I am very particular about is, sales staff only talking to my husband and not me and Jack did not do this, he was always talking to both of us and addressed me if I asked a question. We ended up ordering one of the cars from him and did ring us the next day with the answer to a question that no one in the sales team could answer, so points to him for finding out and getting back to us. I wish him well in his new career, which I have no doubt he will do well in. I would recommend Jack for anyone wishing to buy a new car from Bega Valley Toyota.Elaine
