I just recently had my roof replaced due to hail damage by Aushail.Matt and Kane were great and very easy to talk too.Matt does the inspection and Kane organises the job.Both very professional and happy to help when ever.Their roofing crews were also top notch.They were all polite and always said g'day when I walked passed. The also were very clean, each day before they left they would tidy up making sure they weren't leaving a mess.Big house so it was a big roof.Pretty sure there was a couple days where there was 11 guys running around the joint.In total they were here for I think 5 days and they were never in the way.They seem to always be on top of everything and things just happened smoothly.End job is terrific, We love our new roof.Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.Thanks again Kane, Matt & Adriana for making the process so easy.

I am located at Forestdale south side of Brisbane I have recently had my hail damaged roof replaced by AusHail and I am very happy with the finished job. There is a standard process that is carried out and Aushail's Team follows this plus there is Private Assessor engaged all throughout the job this person was from a company called Assess Direct, this assessor does all the communication work with your insurance company so my involvement was very little.My site manager was Kane Bullock and the project manager was Matt Anderson both from Aushail they both made several visits to the site inspecting the job during the make good.Once the trades started they were onsite ever day until the job was completed except for the days it rained.The trades contractors all worked well and left the site clean.I am very happy to recommend AusHail if you to have had hail damage to your home.Also the insurance covered all cost so I did not have to outlay any money.

I highly recommend, we used Aushail in line with Assess Direct, they both worked so well together, from the initial assessment to the paperwork to the new roof. Kane the manager of the construction of the roof and team was great at keeping us up to date , big shout out also to Kane's team Bevan and Matt, they worked so hard, long days around the unexpected wet weather that can't be helped . New roof and whole process was easy going, thanks guys. :)

We engaged AusHail and AssessDirect to handle our insurance claim on our roof after a severe hailstorm. Both were excellent choices especially when Suncorp did not want to cover our garden shed. We probably would have accepted their decision, however, Assess Direct pushed for the shed replacement and were successful. Communication from Sam was excellent, he was often checking up on the progress of the work and making sure we were happy, calling us before we called him. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Hopefully we will not need them in the future, but they will be our first phone call if another hailstorm hits. Excellent roof replacement after hail damage in Caloundra WestGreat workers --barely had a break. Chris Paul and Deano [Lachie] worked their butts off. Great people to deal with.No photos from yesterday but howling winds forced a stoppage. Nearly had the boys hang gliding on 7 feet sheets of corrugated iron.AUSHAIL has been brilliant throughout the whole process.
