To be honest I don't know how should I start but the service was pathetic the owner himself(micheal) was very rude. Rooms were pathetic it was not cleaned at all.The heaters doesn't work properlyAt the time of checkout the owner was behaving very aggressively which was unacceptableMoreover, there was no written agreement for the bookings the check-in and checkout time depends on owners mood.To be honest I would rather sleep in car instead of staying there.

A good place to stay, very affordable but super clean and provide good shampoo and body wash that doesn't the same like other places. A friendly owner and makes your stay so comfortable and pleasant. Will definitely comeback again

There’s no option of a zero so have to give one. The most racist person i ever met in my 8 years of life in Australia. Pushed me and mom. Barged into the room while i was still dressing up claiming that i need to check out while the time was just 8.50 am. Can not describe how worse the experience was

Stayed here with 4 others for 2 nights for a snow trip - 100% recommend for a budget friendly stay !! Super clean and practical, super hospitable and friendly host. We used the common area plenty, sitting in front of the fire and eating meals. Would say i didn’t have the best sleep just because the pillows were a bit flat but that’s understandable

This place is very clean and well kept. We were happy here and stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with our familyof 5. It's very cosy and neat. Remember to check in after 4pm as they need time to thoroughly clean the rooms. Upon arrival, turn air-conditioning on at 18 degrees, after a while increase it to 20 degrees then slowly increase it gradually as desired. Do not rack it to 27 degrees immediately in winter as it doesn't work and overpowers the air-conditioning system. We will be back next time during snow season.

**Avoid this motel at all costs**Owner/manager was extremely rude and wouldn’t negotiate on booked accommodation that couldn’t be used due to lockdown. A refund was flat out refused, not even a percentage of the $2000 paid for a 6 night booking and wouldn’t even rebook for another date even outside of the peak period. I’ve worked in the hospitality/accommodation sector for over 10 years and would never dream of doing this to anyone who booked with me. I’m now a special needs teacher and this holiday was a year in the making to save enough money to even afford the $2000 I’ve just lost. I hope this motel didn’t apply for the Accomodation Support Grant offered through Service NSW or subsequently applied to receive any other business grants that were offered to accommodation owners in support of doing the right thing and either refunding or rebooking their guests because Snowdream Motel ripped so many people off and they don’t deserve a single cent.
