I had been wanting solar panels for a while but knew nothing about them at all. I spoke with Adam who explained the whole process to me thoroughly and very soon after my new solar panels were installed. Adam and everyone involved in the installation of my solar panels were very professional. It was excellent to deal with a South Australian owned and run business. I would recommend Ecosmart.

After having our solar system installed Adam contacted me to upsell an energy meter. I agreed to have it installed and we paid upfront.On the day the unit was not installed correctly and we kept getting an error message on the solar system application that monitors the system. I pointed this out to the installer on the day and they were disinterested in rectifying the issue and left.I have tried to chase EcoSmart Solar for almost 2 years to get this rectified and they have avoided doing anythign about it. When they finally agreed to send someone out they were only willing to do so when it suited them and were not considerate of our commitments.In the end I had to take alternate steps to get the issue rectified as we were going nowhere.My advice would be to shop elsewhere.

The whole team at Ecosmart delivered professional service, evidence based information, honest advice in a way that meant we didn't feel pressured. The sales pitch was straight forward and backed up with clear understandable data. It's only early days but so far it looks like our 10kw system with battery is going to be well worth the outlay.
