Don't waste your time or money on this company. Item was never delivered on time. Why do you have the option to deliver on a certain date on your website if it cannot be fulfilled? Emails don't get responded to. And seems to be a running theme on the reviews here where the company likes to put full blame on either the customer or their 3rd party delivery service. Apparently they don't offer refunds either as stated on their website so I will be contacting Consumer Protection with this issue now in order to get my money back

I felt embarrassed when my partner opened the box for Valentine’s Day. The chocolates are melted in the bottom of the box and it’s a complete mess. Very disappointed that you deliver to locations when you cannot meet the standard advertised. I will never be repurchasing and do not recommend.Update:I would like to add that I have contacted customer service as their reply suggested 5 business days ago and there has been no resolution. Even more let down by your business.

I’ve had to give a gift in Australia but I’m in Spain, so I found this web and I was surprised of the many options of gifts.It was easy to purchase without the classic long procedure.The gift was very pretty, the same as in the picture in the web.The delivery was the only problem, was not delivered the day it was supposed to arrive and the delivery company did not delivered on hand…I suggest to Tastebuds to do a better tracking of the packages to make sure the delivery is properly done.

SUCH AN EMBARRASSING GIFTDO NOT PURCHASE FROM HEREI bought a gift for my partner for Valentine’s Day only to have my partner open it up to damaged items. All the chocolate was at the bottom of the box squished none of them was on the love heart as shown on the website, the ribbon was not placed on properly either. Very disappointed with this store as I paid money for something, only to receive it damaged which isn’t fair at all. I had also contacted them about this, only to be told what is your order number. Once I give the order number they resend the same email to me saying what’s your order number. They are clearly ignoring at this point, and do not care about their customers at all! Worst customer service I’ve ever come across in my life, its as if I’m talking to a machine with the responses I’m getting. This company does not even deserve one star. It deserves 0. They scam people for their money yet don’t provide what customers are paying for, and not caring or responding to an issue like this.

Ordered for a friends birthday from overseas website was great, choice of product was amazing. The delivery was excellent too, can't say anymore as my friends birthday is next week so she hasn't opened the parcel yet! But thanks!

Part of my order was never sent and never refunded. A replacement was offered, however, this never arrived. The company attempted to blame the error on myself for not ordering within time, however, I can provide documentation that proves I ordered with ample time for the requested delivery time. Poor customer service attempting to blame the customer for the company's error. They refused to respond when a refund was requested. Beautiful hamper (at least the part that was delivered) but poor customer service. Won't be ordering from them again, hope they bought themselves something nice with the money I was never refunded!

They only disappointment was that you don’t offer same day delivery . My sister has a very rare and aggressive form of cancer . It would have brighten that particular day had she received the two hampers and teddy I ordered .it arrived four days after I ordered. The presentation was exact to the web site so I was pleased with that. On a whole I was very satisfied with my purchase .
