Jessica was friendly with a wealth of information. We discussed foods that would assist with TTC through to food aversions during the first trimester (including a recent celiac diagnosis).We have been lucky and after years TTC we feel shortly after I met with Jessica, who adapted and tailored a meal and supplement plan to suit my needs. It can be a lot of information but it was made easier with the video calls.I would highly recommend the 12 week program for anyone struggling to conceive or just looking to ensure the healthiest start to their fertility journey.
