I found this place online during the covid lockdowns when I was planning an extensive renovation in my home and I have continued to purchase many items from this store for other minor projects around the house.On the odd occasion, I may need to call the store if I have queries or am not sure if I'm buying the correct item for what I need and Peter is always very helpful and pleasant.I have purchased everything online and the items always arrive by post within a few days.The quality of the products is excellent and the prices are very reasonable too.I highly recommend!

Purchased the most stylish gun metal grey door handles for my new house build and I just love the quality of these handles from Hardware Box! Everyone comments on them :). I was very impressed with the after sale service provided by HardwareBox. I bought a cavity door lock set from them which arrived within few days after purchase. My builder managed to loose the striker plate. I contacted the company to see if they have a striker plate only for me to buy without needing to purchase the whole set. Peter was very nice and helpful over the phone and he found a spare striker plate and posted it to me via express post ALL FREE of charge. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.
