Great service and never try to sell you something you don't need like most pool shops

Very difficult to deal with and they are rude. They lack of communication. Can not recommend.

Friendly staff. Test your water and supply chemicals. Also offer a home Pool service. You can choose the cycle for services.

Adrian was a great help with a stain I had in my pool. Made sure he new how to treat the stain before running up costly amounts of chemicals and was the only pool shop who took the time to get me a result.

This review is for their “Repair Person” they use and recommend to repair robot vacuums- If s/he had a web site I’d leave this review on theirs.Pool shop is good, but upon their advice we got their so called repair person to diagnose why our 3.5 y.o pool robot wasn’t working. Diagnosis- “whole motor and power pack needs replacing”. That’s it, the apparent “diagnosis” with a $900 estimate to fix. We could have guessed a new motor and power pack would fix it, even our dog could have guessed that would fix it. $44 later for this pathetic so called “diagnosis” that isn’t even a diagnosis, it’s an amateurs guess at a “cover all bases fix”. To make it worse when we picked it up from the shop the power cord to the motor inside the machine had been disconnected and not put back inside the motor to power it. Also the screws inside the machine were missing. Asked why the internal power wire was disconnected and where the screws are and the pool guy didn’t know (but in his defence, he wasn’t the repair person) and he seemed perplexed why they hadn’t been re plugged and returned too. Basically we handed over a (not working) fully intact machine and got it back still not working without a diagnosis, disconnected wires with missing bits and had to pay for this rubbish service. Good shop but bitterly disappointed they endorsed the disgraceful amateur person who calls their self a repairer.

Adrian is a gentleman and a scholar, fantastic to deal with, always willing to help with a fabulous team to compliment.

Adrian and the team have been providing great service for our pool for three years. They are knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.
