I have been here so many times and it’s been great but I went yesterday and it was the best nail service I’ve ever had. Everyone was friendly, I got exactly what I wanted. Out of experience I would say definitely make a booking it’s just so much easier, but I got fairly long coffin acrylics and the lady was lovely, didn’t hurt at all, exactly the colour I wanted, perfect shape overall so beautiful. Plus they are baby friendly and love kids, you can bring a pram it’s amazing 10/10 (I paid $45)

Girl who did my nails was friendly and made conversation with Me. Was very gentle getting off the sns and didn't try to force it off with tools, waited for it to come off with the acetone.I got shellac done, the only complaint is that the service is called manicure shellac" and I did not get any manicure (no hand massage or cutting off of cuticles etc)

The staff here are incredible! I often get anxious coming into nail/beauty salons but everyone here is so incredibly kind and welcoming, it takes the stress off! I’ve only been here twice but I’d recommended them to anyone in a heart beat! They’ve done an amazing job with the nail designs I’ve requested over the times I’ve been and are so talented and work hard in what they do!I can’t thank you all enough for all your time and efforts ladies!

The manager of this place needs to teach her ladies how to greet and interact with their clients not completely ignore them and rudely keep conversations going in Vietnamese with their colleagues, such rudeness. I was not even acknowledged for the whole entire hour I sat in front of this woman and I know she speaks English !! This is certainly NOT the Aussie way of running a business, so unwelcoming and unfriendly.

Had my acrylic nails done on Monday in advanced for a wedding this weekend. I asked for natural coloured, shortened, square, white tipped nails. The women doing them had to remove the nail twice because 1 she pre cut into a point and the second filed down into a round. Both times she argued and was rough when fixing the second one. Edges of each nail were not done correctly almost all were bare of acrylic on each side of the nails and only a thin layer on top. The lady cut my fingers with the cuticle cutters and rub burned the top skin with the electric file. I showed her these. She applied one coat of clear and then i noticed 2 tips she fixed were crooked. I pointed it out she told me it looked that way because of my very fat fingers. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager but the girl sitting next to her laughed. Rang and visited the shop over the past 5 days to try and resolve this issue through the week but each time, was told a different story or told the manager was busy, at lunch, not there or would call me back. No contact was recieved back. I paid another store to fix the nails. Avoid this store.

I am appalled at how i was treated in this salon today. Today is my birthday and my sister and I decided to treat ourselves to a pedicure and set of nails as im visting from out of town. I have 3 fingers that have been cut on the skin, uneven acrylic on nails which 2 are crooked and a thumb nail that has popped already. None of this was fixed after asked several times.When i asked for them to be fixed, the women told me, yes yes ok ok huni, i do at pedicure. She wouldnt listen and insisted i move to the pedicure seat, after paying she had required payment.My sister had already started her pedicure and looked to be in discomfort as the women was cutting her nails when i looked at her. My sister asked the lady to stop and shook her head when i asked if she was ok. I asked to be sat next sister who was in the middle seat to check on her and keep her company thinking she may have just been uncomfortable having someone touch her feet, as shes not a girly girl.As i went to go to the seat, the women yelled at me No No Huni! You sit in end chair. It stronger, sit slowly. I was so embarrassed and felt confused, saddened and belittled.My sister heard this and got up from the seat and we left. She later rang, demanded to speak to the manager on the phone after we left. The manager refused to acknowledge any wrong doing or refund our money.We have since looked at my sisters toes where we found the skin up the side of the nail was cut by the nail clippers and the wick seems to of been ripped out on 2 toes. My nails never got fixed and ive had to book into another salon to fix them tomorrow.Reading the reviews on here howevere, tells me i am not the only person to experience this behaviour at this salon, not recieve refunds, replies and walked out with injuries. I wish I'd known before to avoid this.

I will be lodging a complaint with fair trading. The worst experience I've ever had. And before a wedding! 5 nails had to be removed as the acrylic wasn't attached to my nails after being infilled. I was told they all need to come off when i came back 30 minutes later. They should have been removed as i asked not infilled. I now have 5 thick long squares instead of short coffin shape like the rest and i cant remove them as my nails are full of super glue underneath. I was also charged to have them fixed""

This is the worst place ever to get your nails done did my toes and I could have done a better job myself the massage chair was also broken charged me $70 would never recommend I'd go any where else!

Disgusted to be charged the same price for my 12 year old daughters full set of nails as I did for my ombré Infils - I have never been charged an extra $5 for the shape !!!! I was charged a total of $140 ….for ombré infils $70and my daughters $70 full set almond shape French tips - when asked about the price I was told $55 for full set $5 for shape and $5 for pattern , basic math works out $65 there but no they come out with $70 for hers and $70 for mine … not to mention my daughters were done long before mine were started and it took over 2 hours to complete mine after the stopping and starting to wax and what not other customers. No where in the process where we told an extra $5 for this and that - it was not until the End. Extremely rude when questioned on the price. I will not be returning and i really hope u don’t do this to all your customers.Merry Christmas !!!!!

Customer service was great, and my nails look amazing! Great pricing too
