Could not recommend Mason from Sweetnams more highly. Every step of the way he has communicated well, secured high quality tenant at a strong rental rate and has kept our interests front of mind and takes care of absolutely everything to the point I forget I have an investment property. I am impressed and have no hesitation on recommending Sweetnams and Mason as the best property management team on the Northern Beaches!

I am not one to leave reviews but I feel compelled to do in this situation.I have been extremely disappointed with Sweetnams response to noise complaints against tenants they put into a property in my street. Sweetnams agreed to lease a house in a family friendly street to 3 x 20 year old male tradies. Over the past 18 months, the neighborhood has had to put up with incessant noise, abusive language and out of control parties lasting until the early hours of the morning.Sweetnams lack of response, action, concern or care means I would not recommend dealing with them or appointing them as a manager for your property or sales agent.Sandra and Yorick have not responded to recent correspondence.I would avoid them at all costs and if I could give zero stars I would.FYI Sweetnams has asked publicly ask for contact information to demonstrate they are acting on the situation, however they have all my contact information and have had it for the last 18 months. The issue is at Smith Avenue allambie heights.

Recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic real estate agent who helped me find my dream home, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process.Mason & Rob was a true advocate for me during the negotiation and closing processes. They were incredibly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that all aspects of the transaction went smoothly and efficiently. They were also an excellent communicator, keeping me informed every step of the way.Overall, I was impressed with Mason & Rob professionalism, expertise, and dedication to their clients. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I would highly recommend this agent to anyone looking for a real estate professional who truly cares about their clients and delivers outstanding results.

Appalling and disgraceful service. We had the misfortune of dealing with Mason. I am still not sure if Mason is incompetent in his role or just blatantly disinterested in any matter that does not directly benefit him.After the closing the lease Mason was difficult to contact about trivial things. Claims to ‘not check WhatsApp frequently’ however always blue ticks the message within a matter of hours and has always reached out to us via WhatsApp in the past excluding to sign the lease itself.We asked could a friend take over a lease after we finished up, Mason implied that there was no problem and asked for the application to be sent over. We were then told 1 day before that there would be an inspection for other prospective tenants. One of many examples of lack of basic communication / incompetency.Upon ending our lease we contacted Mason SIX times to ask about the process of getting our bond back, all of which were ignored. We only got a response once we emailed him and cc’d reception ( standard with Mason ). We were then informed that we were liable to pay for professional cleaning for the next tenant. Totally opportunistic as we are no longer in the country.Sweetnams does not get professional cleaners in between tenants which is not only disgusting but unhygienic. Tenants are expected to clean the place to showroom standard ( also not the same level of cleanliness we received it in ). I understand the rental crisis going on at the moment but these guys are not worth the stress.NOTE : The suspicious sudden influx of 5 star reviews in the past week. Staff must be desperately pushing for them.

Overall I found the higher management and the ladies on the front deck great to deal with. But the same could not be said for our property manager Tasneem Gadiwala.Things went south after she was count out laying about attending our property for an expectation. My wife took a day off work to be present during the expectation. After Tasneem was a no show, she laid saying that she did attend and even knocked on the back door even though we don't have a back doorShe then tried to make out life hell, wouldn't deal with a mould issue or wet damage due to the storms. As a result we had to leave this property.This was her chance to get square by trying to make our end of lease clean a pain. I had professional cleaners and carpet clearers do the work but this still was not good enough for her. She then went behind my back the had the carpets recleaned at my expense even though we had already done it.When she tried to make it hard for us to get our bond back. Take her time to release our bond which took a month to recover.She would not reply to my emails which found very unprofessional.Be very aware of her if she becomes your property manager.

My elderly parents have had a property that has been managed for many years by Sweetnams Realestate. I had to step into managing my parents affairs as this became too difficult for them. It was during this stressful time of having to move my parents into aged care and dealing with their dementia that I encountered the expertise and understanding of Tasneem the property manager.Not only did Tasneem take the time to put together a property appraisal around rentals and sales in the area, which really helped to guide me in my decision making process. She was very sensitive to the needs of everyone involved. My parents needs, the tenants needs and my needs to find finances to fund my parents transition.Tasneem made what could have been a very stressful process much easier with her empathy, depth of experience, care and concern.The information she provided helped me make the right choice for my parents. The tenants were treated with care and support if they needed to find a new home. She was able to offer quotes with skilled tradespeople for a renovation (even though I had my own this was so helpful to compare costing and make good decisions), she offered info on what best to focus on in the renovation that would help maximise the potential of the property for sale or rental, keeping costs down. We were able to retain the property and raise the rental income to support my parents transition. The process of finding new tenants began swiftly and the property was tenanted after the first open for inspection which attracted many perspective tenants. Once again her experience in property management was clear as she supported me through the process of finding the right tenant.Thankyou so much Tasneem for all your valued care, support and expertise.

My housemates and I have really enjoyed leasing a property through Sweetnams over the last two years. They have always been professional, responsive and accommodating. Mason in particular has been a pleasure to deal with, and we can’t recommend he and and the rest of the Sweetnams team enough!

Tas at Sweetnams is an excellent property manager. Responsive and professional from the day we signed the lease until the day we moved out. If you are looking for a property management company I would highly recommend Sweetnams.

Mason was my property manager for the two apartments I lived in from 2019 - 2022 and he was fantastic. Super responsive and helpful. Their office is friendly as well - would recommend.

Have used Sweetnams to manage my property for as long as I can remember and they have always done a fantastic job. Most recently Jessica and the team went above and beyond to manage the exit of a difficult tenant, and ensured the process was managed smoothly with excellent communication. I've now moved back into my property, but will certainly use Sweetnams should we choose to rent it once again. Would highly recommend.
