Open Palm Hapkido

My 8 and 10 year old requested to learn martial arts this year. I considered other options but Open Palm Hapkido has a strong philosophy of harmony and self defence as peacefully as possible. The classes are engaging and travel at a quick pace which keeps my kids attention. Ross is a highly qualified and experienced teacher with patient and calm guidance. I have been joining the classes with my kids and I find it a great balance of fitness and meditation as well as learning a little bit about Korean culture. All in all we are all enjoying the classes and having lots of fun with it. The kids are keen to go back again next year which is as high a recommendation as kids give!
