We were and are extremely happy with the following areas of Behagg Constructions approach and delivery to our home extension (and could find no fault in any areas):Delivery time was exceptionalthe amount of work completed on any one day was high, there was no time delay by Wayne moving between other jobs as their approach was to only manage one project at a timethe sub-contractors were always keen to help Wayne when needed / scheduled and no delays occurred because sub-contractors did not show up.Tips to add value and have a more professional result were made by Wayne and we are glad that we agreed to all his suggestions - reflecting his experience and savvy in helping clients to have great results on a limited budget. These tips included structural; ceiling types; sliding doors; kitchen sub-contractors and landscaping.Wayne is also very calm, patient and experienced when discussing any issues or worries that neighbours may have during the build process – this was comforting to us and the neighbours.Complying to building regulations is always at the forefront of Wayne’s approach to a build; he determined that our existing structure was not in compliance with the survey and boundaries and made the extra effort to correct this rather than continue on with existing building line; he also made the extra effort to correct some bad electrical workmanship from a prior extension when he discovered this. Wayne and his team are true professionals. A new roof and external cladding were completed on time, on budget with a superior finish. Wayne is a gentleman and a wise owl who was able to work in with our neighbours and ensure all parties were happy with the final outcome.
