Picked up 2t of turf under lay was the worst soil i have used went rock hard there was no sand in the mix or organic matter they did offer 1/2 t of sand to mix in to it after i called because it was very wet when i Picked it up so the excuse was it was very wet due to rain.And it was good turf under lay.
