A really great store! It has a good variety of things and all very practical. I think I will continue to visit next time. Btw, everything inside is really cute lol

I have been to this store several time but everytime i get worst experience. Cashier lady(chubby lady with glasses)thinks as if we are there to steal something and keep following us whole store. we were looking for beauty blender and she came to us and rudely told us don’t open it but actually we were jst holding it and deciding which one to get.later she took that blender with her.Because of her behaviour we just left .They need to get trained properly.

Everything there is very cute! And the shopkeeper is very nice too. When I was shopping, carrying lots of things, they noticed and gave me a basket. Definitely I will come again.

I bought a towel and the threads came out when I was opening it, went back to return it the manger He said his name is Jason told me he won’t exchange or refund, the he agreed to the exchange and told me to GOO, this was the worst customer experience i usually buy something’s from there, i won’t be returning, I don’t recommend shopping there.

I visited this store on the weekend. Visiting from interstate. When I came home and checked the invoice, I have realised they have have charged me twice for one product, and have charged me $7.00 for one small sheet of stickers. They used a different code and out it under hair accessories. $27 is still $27. Agree staff not very friendly

I went to shop at Mumu Life and it was a truly wonderful experience. Their selection of products is cute, I bought melody doll. the service provided by the staff was also good. They were very enthusiastic, going above and beyond to assist me by fetching the doll from the shelf. It was an exceptionally good shopping experience

I was here two days ago and the staff were very nice :) I got some really cute stationary at a reasonable price. The guy walking around the store was quick to offer his help in getting an item that was locked. At the counter there was a child helping the shop assistant bag my items and she was absolutely adorable. Happy with my experience and purchase (o^^o)

Probably the worst customer service I have received. Guy was alright, lady was rude tapping strongly on paper with no returns after 7 days.While purchasing product I have asked if there is no means to try, what if I don't like the product. (It was an instant buy, we bought several other products). They asked I can return but have to buy products from store. It was 10 minute discussion I was alright. It's totally my wrong not asking for return period.But the way I received response when I politely asked for return is uncalled for. Will never purchase any other product.

Do NOT visit this shop. The speco lady at the counter was so rude & she has no knowledge of how to speak to customers. Customer Care was zero. I am more than happy to talk to the management if required. The worst experience ever. I usually don't speak to people in a rude manner but I had to this time because of her attitude.

Rudest customer service I have ever experienced and incredibly racist! I went to the store with a friend we were browsing the area and decided not to purchase anything. As we were leaving she stopped us and asks me to open my bag so I open it for her (I can understand since I didn't purchase anything). However even after opening my bag for her she would not believe me and took my bag took all my belongings out and scattered through my personal belongings on the counter. My friend and I were absolutely shocked we tried telling her that legally should was not allowed to do this and she just refused and started yelling. After she was done she left all my scattered item for myself to clean. She then looked at my (Japanese) friend and said I know you wouldn't do anything but I need to check" and took a quick peak and let her be. I am brown and although I have experienced racism before it has never been so blatant. I would not recommend and seeing that others have faced this ladies rude attitude and nothing has been done about it just makes me disgusted."
